To apply for a New Zealand Visitor Visa, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Genuine Intent to Visit

• You must show that your primary purpose of visiting New Zealand is for tourism, business or to visit family and friends.

2. Proof of Sufficient Funds

• Applicants must be of good character, meaning you should not have a criminal record or pose a security risk to New Zealand.

• If necessary, you may be required to provide a police clearance certificate.

5. Good Health

• You must be in good health to be eligible for a New Zealand Visitor Visa. Depending on your country of origin and the duration of your stay, you may be required to undergo a medical examination.

• Applicants planning to stay for more than 6 months may need to submit a chest x-ray to check for tuberculosis (TB).

6. Passport Validity

• Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended departure date from New Zealand.
